Brief Company Introduction
Belal Group, established in 2006, is a leading sub-contractor in the UAE. Belal has, since then, strived to deliver top-quality sub-contracting services on time and on budget, aided by a workforce consisting of qualified site supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, mechanical fitters, painters, scaffolding erectors and unskilled labourers.
Belal Group has since the beginning been involved in a number of successfully completed projects for clients in the UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia and other gulf countries. Once on the field, our site managers implement stringent work schedules, organize and coordination meetings to analyze expectations, maintain high safely standards, assure quality controls and adhere to project schedule.
Our track record features a civil works contract as subcontractor for a 60.000m2 fully automated logistics facility in Dubai Logistics City, which is the first fully automated facility in the Middle East. Acting as sub-contractor, Belal was also involved in Dubai ‘s first LEED platinum certified building for our client ESAB Middle East. With LEED experience and LEED accredited staff, Belal looks forward to be involved in building more green buildings in future.
